Delete your RouteMasjid account

In the mobile app, sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion in the app. This deletes your RouteMasjid account, associated submissions, private documents, and account-based access. The app also clears trip history and settings saved on that device.

If you cannot access the app, use our contact formfrom the email address associated with your account. Write “Delete my RouteMasjid account” in your message. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it in your store settings first. Apple and Google retain purchase records under their own policies. Map and routing providers may retain data under their policies. We may retain records where required by law for the applicable legal retention period.
