Route Masjid is a product developed and operated by Pillars Management LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and mobile application (the "Service").

Location Information: Route Masjid requires access to your device's location to provide prayer-aware navigation, find nearby masjids, and analyze your route. This includes real-time GPS location, route data, and destination information.

Prayer Calculation Data: We process prayer time calculations based on your location, selected calculation method, and juristic preferences.

Route and Destination Information: When you plan a journey, we process your start point, destination, and route data to identify masjids and prayer opportunities.

Device Permissions: The app requests foreground location for nearby masjids, route planning, and live recommendations. It is also configured to request background location for navigation when that feature is enabled and permission is granted. Driver Prayer Mode's live recommendations update while the app is active; they pause when the app is in the background. The app may request notification permission for prayer alerts. Voice guidance plays audio and does not require microphone access.

Voice and Notification Settings: If you enable voice guidance, the app may fetch or generate spoken audio and play it through your device. Notification preferences are used for prayer-time alerts.

Analytics: We may use analytics to understand app usage and improve our services. Analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

Waitlist and Contact Information: If you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, email address, traveler type, and any message content you provide.

Third-Party Map and Location Providers: Route Masjid uses third-party map and location services to provide routing and masjid information. These providers may collect data subject to their own privacy policies.

To provide prayer-aware navigation and route planning.

To send launch updates to waitlist subscribers.

To respond to your inquiries and support requests.

To improve our services and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Route Masjid (such as map providers and hosting services), and where required by law.

Waitlist and contact information is retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe. Recent trip plans and preferences may be stored on your device so you can reuse them. Route and location information may be sent to routing and place providers to provide the Service; those providers may retain it under their own policies.

Route Masjid is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes.
